I am a one man operation (no overhead, you will be speaking to the person who will do the work). I am capable of performing any and all kinds of repair, replacement, installation or remodeling of anything in your home. I do carpentry, electrical, tile etc. Basically, if it is part of a house I have installed, repaired or updated it many times. I promise you will be satisfied with the quality of my work.

I am available 7 days a week and will work "after hours" in an emergency.

Are you planning to remodel or update your kitchen or bathroom? Although I am only a 1 man crew I can usually complete the job quicker than a contractor since I don't have to schedule different trades and you don't have several different "strangers" showing up at your home. I have done everything from simple tile updates of showers and tubs, to full kitchen remodels, including moving walls. Let me help you improve your home!

Do some of the work yourself and save $$. I will partner with you to complete only those parts of a project you can not or do not want to do.

I prefer to work on a "Time and Material" basis, this allows me to concentrate on the quality of the job, instead of worrying if I bid too low. I charge $90 per hour and can purchase and bring the materials required with me (I am on the clock when I reach the store; you reimburse me when I deliver the materials or the work is complete). I prefer you choose and buy any required materials, if you can. I can help you make a list and choices.

If you call me I will likely ask you to send me an email with your contact information, address and the work you need done. This allows me to schedule the appropriate amount of time to complete the work, and add you to my contacts. Thank you in advance!

Are you concerned about mold?

It's unwise to pay too much, but it's also unwise to pay too little. When you pay too much you lose a little money, that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot - it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run. And if you do that, you will have enough to pay for something better.  - John Ruskin (1819-1900)
